Refunds & Returns Policy

We of course hope that you enjoy your Nordic Home Co purchase, however should you have any issues, please reference the below.

Please send your order number as well as a description of your issue to hello@thenordichomeco.com. Attach any images which will assist with our dispute with the supplier. If you are unhappy for any reason, please be sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving the item, after this point we cannot action any dispute.

We cannot provide any refunds for delivery days until the wait time has surpassed 40 days (this is very rare!). Please email hello@thenordichomeco.com and our team will look into this issue.
